Terms of use
These terms govern your use of tradelabt.com and the courses, worksheets and tools published on it (the "Service"), operated by TL Academy Ltd. ("TL Academy", "we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
1. Educational purpose
The Service provides general educational information about household budgeting. It does not take your personal circumstances into account and is not professional advice of any kind. We do not offer, sell, promote or recommend any product or service other than our courses.
2. Courses, prices and payment
Courses are priced in euro as shown on the site (currently 29 € to 49 € per course and 179 € for all six), inclusive of any applicable VAT. After you request a course we email you a secure payment link; no payment details are entered on this site and nothing is charged until you confirm. Course materials are delivered by email as a PDF pack after payment. The first lesson of every course is published openly at no cost and creates no obligation.
Right to cancel. You may cancel within 14 days of payment by emailing us, and we return the payment in full. If you asked us to deliver the materials immediately and have downloaded them, we may deduct a proportionate amount as permitted by consumer law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
3. Calculators and worksheets
Calculators are simplified tools for learning. They use the figures you enter, make stated simplifying assumptions and may not reflect your actual outcomes. You are responsible for decisions you make using them.
4. Use of materials
Course materials are licensed to the person who purchased them for personal use. They may be printed and kept; they may not be resold, shared publicly or incorporated into other products without our written permission. Organisations that book a facilitated workshop receive a group licence for that session.
5. Accuracy
We review content at least annually and correct errors when found. We do not warrant that content is complete, current or without errors. Laws, rates and products change; check current information before acting.
6. Third-party links
We may link to public bodies, advice services and other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Service's security or operation, scrape it with automated tools or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update the Service and these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
